More than 25 years’ experience, specialising in commercial and civil law and extensive experience in the field of insolvency. Providing legal advice to all kind of commercial companies, from secretarial work to contracting and resolving litigation in the courts, and to individuals, managing conflicts with third parties as well as situations of personal or insolvency crisis or second chance.
Luis Montés Reig
Graduate in Law, specialising in Private Law. University of Valencia, 1992. Master’s in laws (LL.M.), University of Chicago, 1993. Diploma of Advanced Studies (D.E.A.) in Civil Law, University of Valencia, 2008.
27 years of professional experience, for 18 years working at Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira as partner in the litigation department.
Expert in civil and commercial contracts, both national and international. Extensive experience in advising on corporate restructuring operations and insolvency proceedings.
Member of the list of arbitrators in various arbitration courts (Alicante Arbitration Court, Valencia Arbitration Court, Valencia Court of Arbitration). Recognised as 2021 “Lawyer of the Year” in Valencia for his work in Insolvency and Restructuring.
